We make fresh mozzarella daily. We also make our dough daily, using pizza flour from Napoli. The extra virgin olive oil and plum tomatoes we use are full of flavor. Real pizza Napoletana has an appeal all its own. We hope you enjoy it as much as they do in Napoli.
